On November 7, 2025, the Pilarquim team, led by Chairman Mr. Mu Canxian, hosted H.E. Ky Chanromdoul, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia, and his delegation at Pilarquim’s Shanghai headquarters. The visit showed China–Cambodia cooperation in modern agricultural technology and highlighted the role of innovative agrochemical enterprises in advancing green and efficient agriculture.
Both sides exchanged extensive views on the cultivation of Cambodia’s major staple crop—rice—and the use of pesticides in local agriculture. The Cambodian delegation warmly welcomed the participation of high-quality Chinese enterprises and expressed hope that safer and more efficient agrochemical products would improve agricultural productivity and quality in Cambodia.
The Cambodian delegation then visited Pilarquim’s R&D center and production base in Shanghai, where engineer demonstrated the company’s two core technologies, PILARCORE Technology and PILARNANO Technology. After learning more about Pilarquim’s technology and its dedication to innovation in agricultural solutions, the Cambodian delegation encouraged Pilarquim to strengthen future cooperation with Cambodian universities and research institutions in agricultural technology exchange, joint research, and talent development to promote agricultural modernization in both countries.
Building on this exchange, Pilarquim will step up its agricultural technology efforts in Cambodia and the broader Southeast Asian region to support more productive and sustainable agriculture.
